Healing from trauma is possible, and you don't have to face it alone. I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy. Whether you're struggling with childhood trauma, PTSD, complex trauma (C-PTSD), attachment wounds, relational or generational trauma, or overwhelming stress, I provide a safe, supportive space where healing can begin.

As an EMDR-trained therapist, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients process difficult experiences, regulate emotions, reduce distress, and build lasting resilience. My approach is collaborative and personalized because every healing journey is unique. Together, we'll address the root causes of your challenges, not just manage symptoms, so you can move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and peace. Along the way, you'll strengthen emotional regulation, develop healthier coping strategies, feel safer in your relationships, and reconnect with the parts of yourself impacted by trauma. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you heal and rediscover your strengths.

Growing up between cultures has given me a deep appreciation for the complexities of identity, acculturation, family expectations, and the lasting impact of generational trauma. I enjoy working with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, including immigrants and first- and second-generation families. I offer therapy in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, allowing clients to express themselves in the language that feels most comfortable.

Having worked in high-pressure professional environments before becoming a therapist, I understand the demands of fast-paced careers. I help professionals navigate workplace stress, anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism while developing healthier boundaries and creating greater balance.

As a Christian therapist, I integrate faith into the therapeutic process when it aligns with a client's values and is an important part of their healing journey.

Reaching out for support is often the hardest step, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. If you're looking for a trauma therapist who combines evidence-based approaches with warmth, cultural sensitivity, and genuine compassion, I would be honored to walk alongside you. I invite you to schedule a complimentary phone consultation to explore whether we're a good fit and begin your journey toward healing and renewed hope.
