Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to be part of and witness the transformations, and I will be honored to be part of your process.

Another passion of mine is assisting parents who feel like they’re navigating a toddler tornado or a teen tsunami. Resilient parenting is all about strengthening your bond with your child and building your inner confidence as a parent. Resilient parenting is a trauma-informed evidence-based practice, helping children face challenges with your guidance—rather than having every problem solved for them—so they develop lasting resilience and confidence.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as an EMDRIA-approved Certified Therapist, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Resilient Parenting. Through these methods, I aim to empower individuals to process traumatic experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and regain control and stability in their lives.
