You’ve always been the strong one — driven, reliable, the one who holds everything together. But lately, that strength started to feel more like a weight. Maybe you’re stuck in cycles of overthinking, overwhelmed by expectations, or unsure how to ask for help because you’ve always been the helper.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to explore what lies beneath the pressure to achieve and perform. With over 13 years of experience, I support clients through stress, burnout, perfectionism, and emotional patterns shaped by family, culture, and survival.
As a bicultural, immigrant therapist, I understand the complexity of living between worlds — meeting expectations while carrying invisible grief and trying to create a life that truly feels your own. Many of my clients are the first in their families to prioritize mental health, boundaries, or self-care. That kind of work takes courage.
Growing up, I dreamed of becoming a UN translator, someone who could help two sides truly hear and understand each other. In many ways, that dream lives on in my work today. I’m passionate about helping people strengthen their relationships: with partners, family, community, and most importantly, with themselves.
If you’re tired of running on empty and ready to reconnect with yourself and those who matter most, I offer a compassionate, grounding space to slow down, reflect, and heal. Together, we’ll build resilience, strengthen self-trust, and create a life that feels more authentic and connected.
