Let's be real: life often throws the hardest curveballs, which leave us feeling damaged, lost, and fearful of how to recover or return to "how things used to be." Too often, we feel unheard and alone in our darkness. And more often than not, we experience the greatest heartache from those closest to us: partners, family members, or friends. Whether you're carrying the weight of past trauma or struggling through recent challenges, my hope is to walk alongside you as you move toward peace, one step at a time.

My own experience with relational trauma and church hurt gave me a deep respect for those who choose to trust and love again. While life-altering experiences may make you feel like you lost control in your life, I believe that healing begins with a safe space to process at your own pace. My love for travel, reading, and boxing gave me an appreciation for holistic approaches to self-care and how important it is to address all aspects of ourselves: physical, emotional, and spiritual.

My approach includes exploring core beliefs, where they came from, and how they drive our behavior. As a second-generation Korean American, I understand the dynamics that many in Asian culture may struggle with, whether that includes lacking self-compassion or understanding our root values apart from outside pressures. I work with my clients to explore their individual, unique identities and support them in making choices that align with their core self.

Everyone deserves a space to fully be themselves and process their emotions without fear of judgment. Through honest, candid discussion, I strive to provide direction and safety for those who seek healing. Most of all, I hope that my clients will come to deeply feel and believe that they are not alone.
